Plantains for breakfast…YUM. Plantains are great for sluggish liver, blood cleansing, wound healing and damaged tissue, among other things.
I just pan fried some plantains in EVOO and added a bit of cayenne (to also help my blood). Comfort food that’s actually good for you.
