I can say for myself that i have noticed a big inflammatory increase when i have allowed myself to go carb crazy. I am very picky about my carbs for that reason. If i am going to splurge, i generally make it count (read: visit to Joan’s on Third). And i shy away from cheese more than I’d like to. But I truly believe limiting these foods has meant less pain for me.
