I know that for a while RSD (and my highly activated nervous system) was keeping me from getting quality sleep. I was exhausted and went to bed early but I then woke up still exhausted. All I wanted was to wake up rested. The more I practiced qi gong, the more restful my sleep became. Here is an article on qi gong and sleep.
